This Referral Program Policy (“Policy”) explains the rules for the Referral Program offered by Babskenky (“Company”). By taking part in the Referral Program, you (“Referrer”) and the people you refer (“Referees”) agree to follow the terms and conditions described in this Policy.

Benefits of the Referral Program

• For Referees: A $250 discount in addition to the public discount available on the website, if any, at the time of enrollment (“Discount”).
• For Referrers: A referral bonus based on the Referee's total payment amount (“Reward”).

Eligibility

To join the Referral Program, both the person making the referral (Referrer) and the person being referred (Referee) must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Full-time employees of the Company cannot participate in the Referral Program.

Referral Process

• The Referrer has the opportunity to invite friends, acquaintances, or colleagues (each referred to as a “Referee”) to enroll in programs offered by the Company and available on Babskenky.com.
• To sign up for the Referral Program and receive a personal referral link, the Referrer must fill out the form at https://babskenky.com/referral.
• The personal referral link can be used an unlimited number of times by Referees.

Discount

To qualify for the discount, the Referee must use the referral link provided by a Referrer to enroll in a program offered by the Company. The Referee must be a new customer who has never previously enrolled in any paid programs from the Company and must be referred for the first time.

The discount can be applied to the upfront payment, installment plan, or loan payment options for a single program. Except for promotional discounts available to the general public at the time of enrollment, it cannot be combined with any other offers, promotional codes, discounts, or coupons.

Reward

If both the Referrer and the Referee meet all the requirements outlined in this Policy, the Referrer will be eligible to receive a referral bonus based on the Referee's total payment amount, as follows:

• Earn 10% on $1 – $999
• Earn 15% on $1,000 – $1,999
• Earn 20% on $2,000 and above

The following conditions apply to the Reward:

• The Referrer must use the unique referral code generated for them on the Company's website.
• The Referee must complete their full payment before any Reward is issued.
• The Referrer must also complete their own payment before receiving the referral bonus.
• The Reward will only be given to the Referrer 15 days after the Referee starts the full program, provided no refund is made.
• The Reward will be transferred to the Referrer's account using the method specified by the Company. Before the Reward can be transferred, the Referrer must submit a completed W9 form to the Company.
• The Reward will be issued within three months after both the Referrer and the Referee have fulfilled all the conditions described in this Policy.

Please note that the Reward amount does not include any taxes, fees, duties, or government assessments (except for taxes based on the Company's net income) that may apply. The Referrer is responsible for paying any such taxes or fees, if required.

Example

Femi successfully graduated from one of the paid programs provided by the Company one month ago. He recommends the Company program to Dave, who is looking for a Quality Assurance program, and Dave decides to enroll. Femi shares her referral link with Dave, which he uses to receive a discount on his payment. Dave completes his full payment of $2,000. Since Femi has also completed his own payment, he claims a referral bonus of 20% ($400) 15 days after Dave starts the full program, with no refund issued.

Miscellaneous

The Referral Program Policy and its rules can be changed at any time or terminated altogether by the Company. Information about such changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately after publishing.

• Any abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of this Policy may result in the disqualification of the Referrer and the Referees from participating in the program. In case we suspect any violations of these terms or otherwise tampering with, fraud or unreasonable use of our Referral Program, we may in our sole discretion cancel the distribution of any discount, benefit or payout.
• You understand and agree that you must not use referral methods that are bothersome to the Referees.
• You must not publish the Referral Program on any sites or platforms that house any Adult Content, Alcohol, Tobacco, Gambling, Games and Online Casinos, Political Content, and any form of illegal activities.
• You must only use the Referral Program for personal use and refrain from its use for commercial purposes.
• By participating in the Referral Program you must not represent yourself as a duplicate, agent, or intermediary of our company.
• You undertake to respect the privacy rights of the people you invite to our Referral Program and direct to our website.
• The Company shall not be liable for any errors, delays, or interruptions in the reward transfer process.

For the avoidance of any doubt, the Referral Program shall be governed and construed exclusively by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By participating in the Referral Program, the Referrer and the Referee acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Policy.
